SHIPPING / DELIVERY
- Processing time is estimated at 48hrs from the date ordered.
Orders usually arrive 7 business days from the date it proccessed.
- WE SHIP WORLD-WIDE(all countries) FOR A FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE OF ONLY $15usd!
- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid
address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are
responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a
vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the
package is due to arrive.
- iKnowFresh.com packages will be delivered by USPS.
- All orders must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local
post office will attempt to redeliver twice, and then send package back to
sender.
- If packages were not signed for and USPS decides to ship
back to sender, iKnowFresh.com has no responsibility of shoes.
iKnowFresh.com will not provide a refund or ship item(s) if items have been
sent back to sender due to customer's neglect to sign for their package.
- After payment is received it will go through a 24-48 hour
processing period which starts the following business day. Once your order
is processed, please allow up to 10-15 business days(at the latest) for arrival of merchandise.
- In some rare instances (not all), there will be a customs
charge applied to your package.
- iKnowFresh.com is not responsible for any packages
seized by customs.
- If customs holds your shoe(s), and doesn't release them for
whatever reason, rule or policy, we will not refund you, for we are not
responsible for your country's strict policies.
- However, iKnowFresh.com will try its best to recover your
package for you.
- By purchasing from iKnowFresh.com, you are agreeing with our
terms that we are not responsible for any actions by customs.
- Our shipping prices are set for sales within the United
States of America , international sales are negotiable, please contact us if
you are interested in shipping to a location outside of US.

POLICY |
- It is necessary to contact iKnowFresh.com and obtain
authorization before returning any product.
- Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in
unworn condition and a mistake was done on our part.
- Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect on the
item which makes it unwearable, wrong color/size was sent different then
what you ordered, any mistake made on the part of iKnowFresh.com
- Unacceptable request for an exchange: colors of the shoes
are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the
picture, shoes do not fit (see below for more info), I would rather have a
different shoe.
- Customers are required to email us within 3 days of
receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
- If an exchange falls under this category, the customer will
be required to send back the items and pay $15 in order to ship out the
replacement order, and we will then reimburse before the product reaches
you..
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! - Please feel free to enquire if you
have any questions, regarding any matter at iKnowFresh. We try to offer the
